Inside Out: Osadia

WEST BAY had a bit of a treat recently when it became the focus of Inside Out - the free performance programme - which has been holding events in the region. 'Hair artists' Osadia kept the crowds riveted with their colourful hair creations - all performed on willing members of the audience.
